Invite a GC, earn a free month

Premium and Pro GCs earn one free month of their plan for every GC they invite who signs up and stays paid for 3 months. No cap — invite as many as you want.

Invite a Premium GC, get a free Premium month. Invite a Pro GC, get a free Pro month. Either way, the credit matches your tier.

Why this pricing model

The work that makes the marketplace work — posting RFQs, matching, receiving bids, inviting your network — is free for everyone, on both sides. The paid tiers add power tools for GCs and subs who want more — AI-powered bid prep, a complete contactable profile, field reporting, direct access to open work — but they're never the price of admission.

Pipeline is the marketplace mechanism for subs who don't want to wait. When a GC is slammed and opens an RFQ to the marketplace, Pipeline subs can find it and bid directly — no invite required. The GC gets more coverage when they need it; the sub gets a shot at work they'd never have seen. It's most useful once there's steady RFQ volume, so it grows in value as the marketplace does.

We'll add features and refine pricing as the platform grows. We won't add fees to anything that's free today.

Common questions

When does paid for subs turn on as a requirement?

Never. The free sub tier stays free. Plus and Pipeline are optional upgrades for subs who want a complete contactable profile, the Verified Pro badge, email RFQ notifications, and (for Pipeline) the ability to bid on open work without an invite.

What if my org needs more than 5 PMs or 5 supers?

Pro at $299/month gives you unlimited PMs and superintendents. If you're a larger operation with custom needs, email us at hello@sunstatetrades.com.

Do I need Plus to use Pipeline?

Pipeline includes everything in Plus, plus the ability to bid on open RFQs without an invite. It's one subscription, not two.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. No annual commitments.

Is there a free trial of Premium, Pro, Plus, or Pipeline?

During the proof-first phase, we work with GCs and subs directly to scope what they need. Email hello@sunstatetrades.com and we'll talk.

How does the GC invite credit work?

When you invite another GC, you earn one free month of your current plan once they complete 3 full paid months. There's no cap — you can invite as many GCs as you want and earn a free month for each one who hits the 3-month mark. The credit automatically applies to your next invoice.

When does the credit actually award?

After the invited GC completes their 3rd full paid month — not on the 3rd payment. If they cancel before then, no credit. If they cancel after the credit awards (month 4 or later), the credit stands. You earned it when they hit month 3.

What are the rules on the credit?

A few:
  • Your free month matches your tier at the time the credit awards. Premium inviters get a Premium month free; Pro inviters get a Pro month free.
  • You must be on a paid tier (Premium or Pro) when the credit awards. Free-tier inviters don't earn credits, even retroactively after upgrading.
  • The invited GC can pick any tier — Premium or Pro — and the credit still applies based on your tier, not theirs.
  • We may adjust the program for new invites in the future, but any credits already earned under current terms will always be honored.
